How to Make a Paper Goal Post

Paper Goal Instructions:

  • Take a sheet of paper (A4 or letter size works best).
  • Fold it in half lengthwise.
  • Fold each corner inward so that both ends form triangle shapes.
  • Now, fold each triangle upwards at a 90-degree angle - these will act as the goal’s sides to help it stand.
  • Flip it over, then and your goal post is ready.

Paper Penalty Game Guide (Step by Step)

Game Rules

  • Use only two fingers for both shooting and goalkeeping.
  • The game is for 2 players.
  • Each player takes 5 kicks: Player 1 takes all 5 kicks first, then Player 2 takes their 5 kicks.
  • If the game is tied after the first round, continue with sudden death rounds of 3 kicks each until a winner is decided.

How to Play

Once your goal post is set up, make a paper ball by tightly crumpling a small piece of paper into a round shape, and then:

  • Place the ball about 15–20 cm away from the goal.
  • Use your fingers to “kick” the ball - just like a real penalty kick.
  • One player shoots, while the other uses two fingers to act as the goalkeeper.
